Such a delightful fruit used in a salad as a main ingredient becomes a most popular choice among the healthy eaters. watermelons are so unique ,it stops your body from dehydrating and fills so stomach to full. Watermelon is widely use fruit by most of the dieticians or world renowned diet programs but has always left the users battle with food boredom but watermelon in form of salad provide a verity and change of taste.

Ingredients

    • 2 cup watermelon (deseeded and cut in small cube)
    • 1/2 cup cucumber (cut in small thin slices)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
    • 1/2 feta cheese, crumbled
    •  whole mint sprigs
    • lemon juice

Instruction

    1. Cut the flesh from the melon and cut into bite size pieces, removing and discarding the seeds, and set aside. cut cucumber in thin slices.
    2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and whisk until salt is dissolved. . Add in the chopped mint
    3. In a large bowl, combine the melon, cucumber and feta. Pour dressing over the melon mixture and toss gently until everything is coated and mixed. Garnish with mint sprigs.
    4. Served Immediately
