Ingredients

    • 10 garlic cloves, peeled, roughly chopped
    • 6 tbsp Harissa paste
    • 11/2tsp sumac
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 2 large limes or lemons, juice
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • 20 large chicken drumsticks
    • 1 green bell pepper
    • 6 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tbsp garlic chili sauce
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1 large red onion sliced

Instruction

    1. To make the garlic-harissa marinade, in a food processor, blend the chopped garlic, harissa paste, sumac, thyme, lime juice and olive oil.
    2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
    3. Now apply the garlic-harissa marinade to the chicken drumsticks, particularly underneath the skin. Do not discard the remaining marinade.
    4. Place the chicken drumsticks with the sliced onions in a bowl. Pour the extra marinade on top.mix the the contentsso that the chicken is well covered in the garlic-harissa marinade.
    5. Refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
    6. Next for sauce roast Capsicum on stove and cut it into small cubes .
    7. mix ketchup and chili garlic sauce, heat olive oil in a pan add sauce mix with roasted capsicum add some water to cook.
    8. add some corn flour to sauce for thickness ,
    9. Next, Grill drumsticks in Air fryer or in oven until it is nicely done .
    10. Toss grilled drumstick in the sauce garnish with fresh coriander.
    11. Serve it hot.
