Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 cup canned whole corn
1 tomato (deseeded and cut in cubes)
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup kidney beans
8-9 black Spanish olives
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp fresh lime
1tsp garlic granules
salt and pepper
Ingredients
Wash and cut the avocado , tomatoes , red onion and cilantro . Keep everything separate.
Whisk lemon juice , olive oil , cilantro , garlic powder and salt in a small bowl.
Now toss together all veggies(not avocado ) with canned corn , kidney beans , salt and pepper.
Pour lime dressing over veggies and toss to combine.
Add avocado and toss gently so they don't mash together.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes .
