Ingredients

  • 4tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp gg paste
  • 1/4 cup dahi
  • 1tsp all purpose flour
  • 2tsp coriander powder
  •  1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp kasoorimethi or Fresh methi leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 250 grms paneer(cottage cheese)
  • 1tbsp finely chopped garlic.

Ingredients

  1. Heat the oil in pan add gg paste fry for few seconds add onion fry till slightly brown.
  2. Now whisk yoghurt with flour and add in the pan cook it for a while add all dry spices and salt add little water into it.
  3. add kasoori methi cream ,lemon juice and sugar cook for a while,add paneer cook for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add water if needed, finely heat ghee and give tadka of garlic once it is done
  5. Gorgeous paneer gravvy ready.
